Instructions
18634 MARBLED CAKE INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 150 g (6 bars) dark chocolate, 200 g sugar, 150 g flour, 150 g butter, 3 eggs, 1 sachet of baking powder.
Working PROCEDURE with the zuccchero egg yolks until creamy, add 100 g of melted butter and the sieved flour, baking powder, mix well and stir the whipped egg whites.
Divide the mixture into two parts.
Melt in Bain-Marie chocolate chopped up with the rest of the butter, mixed with one part of the mix.
Pour the two mixtures in a rectangular Pan dusted with flour, making sure the two colors, once cooked, combine.
Bake the cake in the oven at medium temperature for approximately 40 minutes.
