Instructions

2_18033 ALMOND PASSOVER INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 250 cl water, 1 kg of almonds, 1 kg of sugar, cinnamon oil. Peel the almonds and put to boil in water and chop just cool. Boil the water with the sugar and, when the latter will be melted, pour the almonds; remove from heat and mix everything. At this point add 7 drops of cinnamon oil and let it sit in the mixture for 12 hours. Spent the time required, ground it and pour the contents into the appropriate shapes.
