Almond plum cake
Instructions
INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 250 g flour, 1/2 sachet of yeast, 80 g of powdered almonds, 125 g butter, 80 g sugar, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 tablespoons liquid honey, 2 teaspoons orange flower water, 3 eggs, 40 g chopped almond flakes, salt.
Preheat oven 200 degrees, and grease and flour a mold for plum-cake.
In a bowl mix the sieved flour and baking powder, almond powder and a pinch of salt.
Let soften butter in a bowl, add sugar, oil, honey and orange flower water; stir and add the mixture to the flour, stir and add the eggs one at a time, stirring to mix well all ingredients.
Pour the mixture into the mould and bake for 45 minutes.
Ten minutes before the end of cooking spread on the surface of the plum-cake almond; put in the oven until the end of the cooking time.
Remove from oven and let stand 15 minutes, then dessert, turn out and let it cool on a grid by pastry chef.
Serve well chilled.
