Raisin swivels

19369 SWIVEL Raisin INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 300 g flour, 35 g sugar, 1/2 cube of yeast, 1 egg yolk, 1 whole egg, 60 g butter, 1 sachet of vanilla, 75 g of milk, 25 ml water, 1 low intake of salt, 50 g raisins, icing sugar, 200 ml of cream.
PROCEDURE put into a large bowl water, milk, eggs, butter, vanilla, salt, yeast, sugar and flour and mix well to obtain a homogeneous compound.
Place the dough in a bowl and keep it as cool (but not in the refrigerator) overnight.
In the morning pull a sheet of 3-4 mm, roll out the cream, sprinkle with raisins previously left to soak in water, gently rolled and cut into strips of approx.
2, 5 cm thick.
Place on baking paper fixing well, cover with a nylon and let them rise to 35ø for 40-50 minutes.
Bake at 190ø.
-200° for 15-20 minutes.
When cooked sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
