Orange pineapple salad
Instructions
Peel oranges and keep aside the Peel. Remove all the white parts to skins, cut into sticks and keep them aside. Cut the oranges into wedges and remove the skin.
Wash and dry the strawberries, cut them in half if they are large. On the plates arrange the slices of pineapple, guarnitele with strawberries and orange wedges.
At this point, prepare the juice by squeezing oranges and 1 mixing the juice with pineapple juice, liquor, currant jelly and sugar. Melt all over a moderate flame.
When the fluid takes on the appearance of a syrup throw the peel cut into sticks and let stand for 2-3 minutes. Drain and with these Peel garnish the composition of pineapple, Orange and strawberries. Wet with cold syrup and decorate with mint leaves.

- 4 untreated orange
- 4 slices of pineapple
- 200 g of strawberries

- 1 orange
- 1 glass of pineapple juice
- 2 tbsp redcurrant jelly
- 2 tablespoons orange liqueur
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- mint leaves at will
