Instructions

20019 CARAMELIZED with MELON SALSA INGREDIENTS in YOGURT 1 small melon, sugar.

Sauce: 2 natural yogurt, 50 g of dried fruits (walnuts, almonds, etc.), 1 tablespoon of honey and cinnamon powder.

Peeled melon PROCEDURE and cut into large slices, remove the seeds and place the slices one close to the other.

Sprinkle with sugar and candied melon.

Serve accompanied with yogurt sauce.

Sauce: mix the honey with yogurt, chopped nuts and a hint of cinnamon.
