Instructions

20179 ORANGES IN SAUCE INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 4 oranges, 1 plain yogurt, 2 tablespoons Orange marmalade, a sprig of fresh mint.

Preparation: 10 minutes Easy 105 Calories per portion Peeled oranges.

Remove the inner skins with seafood and cut the oranges horizontally into thin slices with a sharp knife.

Place on a plate, overlapping.

Mix in a bowl the yogurt and jam.

Pour the mixture on the slices of Orange.

Put in the middle of a ciufetto dish of mint, after having washed and dried.

Serve.
