Instructions

INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE well ripe mango, 1 2 bunches seedless Muscat grapes, PEAR type 2 durondeau, 1 lime, 2 ripe bananas in the proper place, 1 spoon of fresh cream, 40 g slivered almonds, 10 g of butter.

Open the mango, pulp prelevatene and cut it into pieces.

Rinse the grapes; Peel the bananas.

Rinse, dry and cut pears into 4 parts, removing the seeds and petioles.

With the help of a centrifuge extract the juice of fruits, beginning with bananas and ending with the lime.

Pour the juice in a saucepan and, without ceasing to stir, add the whipped cream.

Spread frozen cups preparation; cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 3 hours in the refrigerator.

When serving, lightly brown the almonds in a pan with a little butter.

Garnish cups with almonds and serve immediately.
