Instructions

00599 HAM ROLLS with PESTO SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 500 g 500 g carrots, sugar snap peas, 200 g of peas extra fine in box, 100 g of ricotta cheese, 1/2 Pack of chives, 4 slices of Parma ham.

For the sauce: 30 basil leaves, 2 cloves garlic, 4 tablespoons of pine nuts, 10 cl of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of grated pecorino cheese, salt, pepper.

Peel the carrots and cook for 15 minutes, steamed.

Clean the snow peas and cook for 10 minutes to steam.

Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: Rinse and dry the basil leaves and peeled and crushed garlic.

In a mortar, mix the Basil, garlic, pine nuts and olive oil, in a dense and homogeneous dough; Add salt a little, then incorporated the pecorino.
