Instructions

00791 GRANA ICE CREAM with fruit and BALSAMIC SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 6 PEOPLE 300 g grated Grana Padano cheese, half a litre of cream, 6 small pears, 100 g Walnut kernels, a grappling pink grape, 60 g of colourful salads, 6 slices of bread, 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, 3 tablespoons of honey, black pepper.

Pour the Grain into a heat-resistant Bowl and add the cream, a little at a time, with an electric mixer at low speed.

Bring almost to the boil in a pan a little water, lean the bowl and melt the cheese, always fitting with the whip to a minimum.

Strain the custard through a strainer, using the back of a spoon.

Put the cream in a clean Bowl, pepatele and shake at high speed, then put it in the refrigerator in the coolest part, until serving.

Wash pears and cut into a thin, slice vertically, from every fruit (seeds and stalk), aligned the slices on a plate, spread them with a thin layer of honey, on both sides, and pepatele.

Remove the crust from the bread, cut the slices into cubes and allungatele on a second plaque; Cook pears and bread in the oven already warm 200°, for six minutes, voltandoli halfway through the cooking.

Peel the flesh of pears and diced left setting; wash the grapes, cut in half and remove the seeds.

Place a dollop of salad into each glass, pear and nut bread, raisins and walnuts.

Formed balls of ice cream with a spoon and suddividetele in cups; Stir remaining balsamic vinegar and honey and pour it on ice cream drops.

Serve garnished with slices of PEAR, grape and some kernel.

Serve immediately.
