Wheat with ham and mushrooms

02465 WHEAT with HAM and mushrooms INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE a nut, a sprig of Rosemary, 500 g mushrooms, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of peanut oil, 250 g of diced cooked ham, 25 g butter, 4 tablespoons chopped parsley, a pinch of nutmeg, a sprig of parsley, salt, pepper.
Bring to a boil salted water with the sprig of Rosemary; plunge the corn and bring it to cooking.
Drain carefully and then delete the Rosemary.
Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and let them jump over high heat in a pan with oil and garlic for 10 minutes.
In a large saucepan, lightly browned in butter make the Ham with the grain.
Add the mushrooms, parsley, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Mix and finish cooking it in 5 minutes on a moderate flame.
Place in individual dishes, decorated with tufts of parsley and serve.
