Apricots and strawberries
Instructions
Wash the apricots, cut in half and core.
Put them in a saucepan with the sugar, champagne, orange juice and zest of 1/2 orange.
Cook 10 minutes.
Drain and let cool in a serving dish.
Wash strawberries and blend.
Combine the Strawberry Smoothie cooking syrup of apricots and let reduce to low heat.
Pour on apricots and let cool in refrigerator before serving.

- 500 g of ripe apricots
- 300 g of strawberries
- 100 g of sugar
- 2 oranges
- 1 glass of dry sparkling wine
