Saffron rice with raisins

02569 SAFFRON RICE with RAISINS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 40 (d) raisins, 50 cl of clear chicken broth, a sachet of Saffron, onion, chopped 30 g butter, 250 g of rice, 1/2 red pepper, 1/2 yellow pepper, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro, salt and pepper for 30 minutes Then soften the raisins in warm water and drain.
Preheat oven to 180° Pour the broth in a saucepan and bring it to a boil.
Collect a tbsp of broth, dissolve the sachet of Saffron and pour it back into the pot.
In a saucepan melt the butter and saute for 5 minutes, the chopped onion, add the rice and stir with a wooden spoon until it becomes transparent.
Add the pieces of bell pepper, broth, salt and pepper.
Cook for 10 minutes, stirring often.
Place the rice in a bowl, combine the raisins, bake and continue cooking for another 10 minutes in hot oven.
