Dietetic rice with peas and corn
Instructions
Finely chop the onion and let it dry in a saucepan with a little water, add the peas and bring to cooking pouring more water, add salt and add the corn.
Cook the rice in salted water for the time indicated on the packet, drain, place in casserole with peas and corn and stir for a few minutes on low heat, add the oil and serve.
