Instructions
RED PEPPER SOUP 04920 INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE, 3 red peppers 2 cloves of garlic, 200 g of green beans, 150 g of feta, a nut, salt and pepper, oil clean and wash the peppers, eliminating the inner pith, and cut the flesh into strips.
Melt the nut in 750 ml of water.
Peel the garlic cloves and sauté them in a pan with a little oil, add the peppers and cook for 5 minutes stirring.
Pour in the broth, bring to a boil, cover and continue cooking for 10 minutes.
Add the crumbled feta and with a hand blender puree until obtaining a smooth and homogeneous cream, add salt and pepper.
Clean and wash the beans and boil them in water, leaving them al dente.
When serving add the velvety, stir and spread it in individual dishes.
