Instructions

05610 CABBAGE ROLLS (SSPE-COJ) INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 8 cabbage leaves, rice 1 hg 2 hg of minced meat, 1 egg, 1/2 hg of stale bread, 1 cup of milk, 1 clove of garlic, 1 sprig of Rosemary, a few leaves of basil, a few leaves of Sage, 30 g butter, salt, pepper, nutmeg.

Prep time: 1/2 hour cooking time: 35 minutes, Boil the rice in salted water for 15 minutes.

Soak the bread in milk.

Blanch the cabbage leaves for a few minutes, then spread them on a towel to dry.

Meanwhile prepare the filling.

Drain rice and place in a bowl.

Add the minced meat, egg, wrung bread, salt, pepper, nutmeg and chopped garlic, basil, Sage and Rosemary.
