05871 FAGIOLI All'uccelletto INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 500 g of boiled beans, 200 g of peeled tomatoes, drained, 60 g of extra virgin olive oil, 3 cloves of garlic, 4 Sage leaves, salt, pepper.
Heat oil in a pan and let sauté the garlic cloves, peeled and crushed.
Add the tomatoes, Sage, salt and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the beans, chilli, seasoning for five minutes to open flame.
Serve the beans in a soup-tureen well hot.
