Mackerel fillets marinated with honey
Instructions
In a frying pan with no oil to sizzle the finely sliced onions, sliced carrots and crushed garlic cloves; Add the bouquet garni, salt, pepper, vinegar, olive oil, honey and two glasses of water.
Boil sweet flame until the liquid has reduced by half.
Salt and pepper the mackerel fillets and place on a baking sheet; cover them with the previously obtained compound and go in the oven for 4 minutes.
Allow to cool and store in refrigerator.
Serve the carpione fish the next day, sprinkled with clumps of chervil, fresh coarsely ground black pepper and sprayed with olive oil.
