Baked sea bream with garlic sauce

07862 SEA BREAM BAKED with Garlic SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 red bream, 1/2 glass of white wine, 15 garlic cloves, 60 g butter, 1 pack of cream, 1 lemon, 1 orange juice, salt and pepper.
Wash the sea bream, salt and put it in a baking sheet with half the butter cut into small pieces and wine.
Sprinkle with the lemon juice, cover with foil and leave in the oven to medium Cook for 25-30 minutes per kg.
Peel the garlic cloves, put them in a saucepan and cover with cold water; bring to a boil and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Drain and let them saute in the remaining butter until fluffy.
Run the blender with the cream and the sauce by cooking fish until obtaining a fine cream; Add salt and pepper.
Carefully remove the skin of sea bream and soak with the hot sauce.
Serve immediately.
