Egg pudding
Instructions
Beat the eggs with the milk.
Add a generous handful of Parmesan, finely chopped ham and a pinch of salt.
Mix well and pour the mixture into 4 buttered ramekins.
Bake the puddings in a Bain-Marie in the oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Let them cool and sformarli.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 eggs
- 60 g of ham
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 handful of grated parmesan cheese
