10210 QUICHE to LOMBARDA INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE one package of frozen puff pastry, 300 g of fresh Lombard quartirolo, 3 eggs 70 g of bacon, a spoonful of chopped parsley, 2 leeks, 30 g of butter.

Defrost PROCESS the dough and line a baking sheet with low edges about 20 cm in diameter.

In a terrinetta worked the quartirolo almost reduce it in cream.

Fry gently in the butter, leeks, finely cut, add a little water and a little salt and simmer for about 10 minutes.

In a terrinetta beat the eggs, add salt and leggertmente join the Lombard quartirolo, parsley, leeks and pancetta, chopped.

Mix well and pour the mixture into the baking pan.

Put in the oven already warm (160ø.) and cook for about 20 minutes.

Let cool before unmould the quiche.
