Ice cream with hot vanilla sauce
Instructions
2_17871 ICE CREAM with HOT VANILLA SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE vanilla ice cream, 50 g of chocolate.
For the sauce: 4 dl milk, 4 egg yolks, 50 g icing sugar, a stick of vanilla.
With an electric mixer beat the egg yolks with the icing sugar.
Pour the milk in a saucepan.
Cut lengthwise the stick of vanilla, open it and in 2 and scrape the grains, making them fall into the saucepan with the milk.
Bring to a boil.
Then remove from heat, strain it and let it cool.
Pour the milk over the egg mixture and mix.
Then the sauce, Cook in a Bain-Marie to fire very sweet, stirring continuously until it becomes very thick.
Spread ice cream in glasses, pour over the sauce and garnish with shaved chocolate.
