Instructions

Soften the raisins in rum for 1 hour.

Bring to a boil the milk, then add the lemon zest, lower the flame, remove the peel and pour with rain semolina.

Cook the mixture for 15 minutes without ceasing to stir.

When it is thick, combine raisins with rum and sugar.

Stir well, turn the cream into 4 bowls.

Put them in the refrigerator until serving.

Accompany with chocolate wafers.
