Instructions

20694 ORANGES AU GRATIN INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 2 big oranges 150 g cheese, creamy white, 4 tablespoons granulated sugar, one teaspoon of vanilla powder, one teaspoon of cinnamon powder.

Wash the oranges thoroughly, dry them and cut them in two.

Check out the flesh, remove the seeds and pith.

Coarsely chop the flesh, then put it back in the Peel.

In a bowl mix the cheese with the sugar, vanilla and cinnamon.

Put the cream cheese on oranges, place on a plate lined with parchment paper and put them under the grill for 5 minutes, the surface should be golden.

Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
