Vanilla pudding
Instructions
Put the milk to heat in the boiler and remove from heat to a boil.
In a saucepan melt the butter, add sugar and, when this is melted, add the flour, stirring with a spoon to remove any lumps.
Dilute the mixture with a little milk, then add the vanilla liqueur, lemon zest and the remaining milk, a little at a time, stirring constantly until the cream is not going back to boil.
Then immediately remove from heat, remove the lemon peel and pour into a mold from walls scannellate pudding that you previously wet.
Let cool and place in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
When serving, before you turn the mold onto a serving dish, immerse it in boiling water for a moment so that the cake will come out more easily.

- 100 cl of milk
- 100 g of butter
- 100 g of sugar
- 100 g of flour
- 2 cups of vanilla liqueur
- == 1 lemon (zest)
