Egg Pudding (Budino Alle Uova)
Instructions
Bring in 1 Bowl shelled eggs and sugar: beat well, then add, a little at a time and stirring, sieved flour, milk and Marsala.
Transfer the mixture into 1 casserole, put on low heat and, stirring constantly, Cook until thickened.
Spray the walls of the mold 1 from Marsala pudding, pour the prepared cream and refrigerate.

- 60 g of granulated sugar
- 50 g of flour
- 50 cl of milk
- 2 cups of dry marsala wine
- 3 eggs
