A06002 SACHET Of SCENTED PORCHETTA?BLACK CABBAGE GARDEN with VEGETABLES INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 800 g leg of pork into 4 pieces, 500 g of its network, 50 g of bacon, lard, 1 kg 4 Sage leaves, 1 clove of garlic, 4 bay leaves, 1 kg of black cabbage, 2 Tbsp chopped carrots, leeks and 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper.

Finely chop the bacon, Sage and garlic, i mix well adding salt and pepper, then impuntite the boar with this dough.

Wrap the meat in the network by attaching it with a skewer.

Melt lard in a pan with high edges, salt, then lay the pork to lard the coat completely, leaving discovered the skewer which will serve to check the meat during cooking.

Simmer for 1 hour.

Meanwhile Cook the cabbage in salted water for 3 minutes, salt and squeeze well.

Then insaporitelo in a pan with oil and chopped vegetables.
