Bleak and polenta to a thirty
Instructions
Make finding the bleak in hot water and salt.
Boil the potatoes in salted water (which must be saved); mash in a pot; join, stirring always, flour, salt, freshly ground pepper, cooking water to cookware until you have a soft polenta.
Combine the diced cheese.
Sauté the bleak in oil and butter with chopped onion; combine the polenta, seasoning and serve hot.
