Instructions

Squeeze oranges and lemons, make a killing in the juice in a saucepan, add sugar.

Let it melt over low heat stirring.

Add a tablespoon of gelatin prepared according to the instructions written on the packaging.

Just the juice starts to boil, remove from heat and strain.

Wash the strawberries, remove the stalk and blend.

Combine this orange juice smoothie.

Let cool slightly, then pour the mixture into a mold to Crown and let cool in the refrigerator for several hours or preferably overnight.

Clean the melon and, with a special scooper, obtained from the pulp so many balls.

Put the pudding on a serving dish, fill the Center with fresh melon balls and serve immediately.
