Instructions
Bring to a boil, pour the milk, rice, sugar and a pinch of salt.
Cook until the milk is completely absorbed.
Combine butter, eggs, egg yolk, chopped almonds, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, rum and stir well.
Butter a mold and sprinkle with the crumbled macaroons.
Pour the mixture and bake in a Bain-Marie in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Let cool, pull out pudding, spolverizzarlo icing sugar
