Lemon butter
Instructions
Wash a lemon under running water and carefully spazzolatelo to remove all traces of dirt, then dry it and grattugiatene the Peel.
Divide in half both citrus and spremeteli; private seed chilies and white internal membranes and mince finely.
Place in a terrinetta the juice and grated zest of lime, chilli and chopped Mint, salt and butter, softened at room temperature.
Mix the ingredients with a wooden spoon until well blended.
Lime butter served cold in half emptied fruit zest.

- 2 lemons
- 2 chilies
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh mint
- 125 g of butter
