The Maître d ' hôtel butter
Instructions
Let soften butter and then knock it in a bowl with a wooden spoon until a cream to reduce it.
Add a tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley, salt, no pepper and a few drops of lemon.
Make a roll, wrap in aluminum foil.
Refrigerate to firm up.
For steaks, Escalopes, boiled fish.
