Fried cheese
Instructions
Cut the cheese in slices; in a pan heat the oil fairy with the garlic that shall clear away as soon as they become pink.
Put the slices of cheese and let Brown on both sides; drain excess oil from the well and then soak them over a sheet of absorbent paper.
Just cover with a little vinegar, profumatele with a pinch of oregano, salt and pepper and serve hot over slices of toasted bread.

- 600 g of caciocavallo cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Wine vinegar
- 1 pinch of oregano
- Frying oil
- Salt
- Pepper
