Orange coffee
Instructions
Mix the coffee with sugar, minced Orange and Cognac, pour into the cups.
Garnish each bowl with a dollop of whipped cream and an orange peel.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2 cups of hot coffee
- 1 tablespoon of minced orange zest
- 4 cups of cognac
- For garnishing:
- 4 tufts of whipped
- 4 oranges (grated)
