Irish coffee
Instructions
Put in a glass and melt sugar with a small portion of hot coffee.
Then add the whisky and the remaining coffee still hot and finally put a generous spoonful of cream or, as a variation, float a spoonful of whipped cream, pouring with skills to prevent the ingredients from mixing with each other.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 cup of very strong coffee
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 1 dram of irish whisky
- 1 tablespoon of cream (or whipped cream)
