Cake with honey and raisins
Instructions
Mix 200 g of butter until it becomes soft and fluffy: Add the eggs, stirring and heated honey to make it more fluid.
Now add the flour with the yeast previously incorporated, and stirring add the diced candied fruits and raisins is first soaked in warm water.
Grease with butter a 20 g form from cake, and foderatela an aluminum foil: pour in the mixture, which should exceed 2/3 of the depth and place in cold oven.
Turn on your oven and adjust it to 150 degrees: cooking must last from 1 hour to 1 and a half.
The cake must be made at least 1 day rest, 2 or 3 better.

- 500 g of sultanas
- 200 g of orange peel or candied citron
- 15 g of brewer's yeast
