Calamari herb
Instructions
Steaming whole cleaned squid.
In a pan heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil with garlic and chili pepper, sliced.
Combine the herbs cut into strips and make them wilt.
Salt and evaporate the liquid.
Turn off and discard garlic.
Cut the squid into rings, mix them with vegetables and serve with sliced tomatoes and oil.

- 500 g of squid
- 250 g of herbs
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 ripe round tomatoes
- Olive oil
- 1 fresh chili
- Salt
