Instructions
Clean the squid, removing their stomach and head.
Chop the tentacles and soffriggeteli in a pan with oil.
Add the capers, pine nuts, raisins, and anchovies, which have softened in a saucepan with a little warm water.
Aside from roasted in a pan and add the breadcrumbs to the dressing along with chopped parsley, garlic and salt.
Remove from heat after a few seconds, and stir to mix well.
With this compound, fill the squid and stop it at the tip with a toothpick so that the stuffing doesn't escape.
Place Squid in a baking dish greased with oil, sprinkle the pretzels, pepateli and decorate with oil.
Passed the dish in the oven and au gratin for about 30 minutes.
Served the squid on the table well.
