Calvados cooler
Instructions
In a tall tumbler put sugar and dilute with a little Ginger Ale, stemperandolo well with a spoon; then add the ice and fruit peeled and sliced; pour in the Calvados and completed with the remaining Ginger Ale.
Stir gently with the special bar of metal or plastic and decorated with icing and sprig of Mint.
Ingredients and dosing for 1 person
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 1/2 bottle of ginger ale
- 5 dices of chopped ice
- Mixed seasonal fruits
- 5 tablespoons of calvados
- 1 icing to maraschino
- 1 sprig of fresh pennyroyal
