Instructions
In a bowl beat the egg yolks and the egg white.
Add the butter, yeast and mix.
At this point, flatten the mixture with a rolling pin and with the aid of a glass or a Cup, formed small circles.
It is advisable with a fork and infornateli for about 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
Put on a "circle" of jam or honey to taste, then tappatelo with another, as if they were filled biscuits.
Let cool and serve.

- 5 egg yolks
- 1 egg whites
- 10 g of butter
- 150 g of flour
- 1 sachet of yeast
- Jam
- Honey
