Green calzone
Instructions
Boil the Chard and chop it.
Add the diced mozzarella and anchovies into small pieces.
Sprinkle with oil, pepper and mix.
Derive from the bread dough round a sheet thickness of 1/2 cm.
About half of this place the mixture, then fold in on itself by pressing the edge.
Grease the baking, place the calzone and bake at 220 degrees for 30 minutes.

- 400 g of bread dough
- 100 g of mozzarella
- 500 g of chard
- 100 g of olives
- 4 salted anchovies
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
