Instructions
In a bowl mix the lemon juice, vinegar, salt, mustard, pepper and set aside.
Aside from Brown garlic with half the onion, then add the prawns and cook 4-5 minutes.
Remove the garlic and onion and put the shrimp in the bowl together with the prepared mixture.
Add a little cooking oil, sprinkle with the remaining onion and chilli, cover and let stand in refrigerator overnight.
Before serving remove the shrimp from the marinade, place them in the avocados cut in half and drizzle with a few tablespoons of sauce and chopped tomato.

- 350 g of shrimp
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Bit 1 of mustard
