Instructions
Work the butter and mix it with a little anchovy paste; spread on slices of bread; in the Middle you have a carciofino divided into four; decorated with rigolini of mayonnaise.
Arrange on a serving dish and serve immediately

- 4 artichokes in olive oil
- 50 g of butter
- Anchovy paste
- Mayonnaise
