Ham canapés
Instructions
Mince the ham fine and pass through a sieve.
Work the butter until it becomes soft and creamy.
Mix the two ingredients and spread the mixture on the slices of bread deprived of crust and cut in half.
Garnish in the Center with artichokes in olive oil open to rose.
Accompanying wines: Lugana DOC, Val D'arbia DOC, Bianco Alcamo DOC.
