Cannelloni albertina
Instructions
Make Cook 300 g of pork loin over 300 g of Turkey with salt and white wine until it will be retired throughout the liquid.
Mix all together with 300 g ham, 300 g cheese, grated Parmesan to taste, parsley and nutmeg.
Fill the cannelloni (strictly made by hand and cooked al dente) with the filling, drizzle with sauce or ragù alla bolognese, Browning in the oven for half an hour.
