Cannelloni with spinach
Instructions
Cook al dente pasta in salted water, drain and pass it into cold water.
Place it on a dry cloth.
Clean and Wash spinach, squeeze dry and chop, boil them together with meat and ham.
Mix in the egg, Parmesan a little salt and nutmeg.
apply this paste on the stuffing cannelloni, roll and place them in a buttered baking dish.
Prepare the béchamel sauce and pour it, still warm on the cannelloni.
Sprinkle with plenty of parmesan and butter flakes and bake in the oven (200 degrees).
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- Square 16 of pasta for cannelloni
- 25 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 50 g of butter
- 1 cup of bechamel
- For the filling:
- 200 g of cooked meat
- 300 g of spinach
- 100 g of ham
- 1 egg
- 25 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Nutmeg
- Salt
- For the bechamel:
- 50 g of margarine (or butter)
- 50 g of flour
- 50 cl of milk
- Nutmeg
- Salt
- Pepper
