Salmon cannoli
Instructions
Pounded in a mortar salmon so as to reduce it to a pulp.
Whip the butter slightly with a wooden spatula, incorporating a few drops of lemon.
Then join the salmon, mixing well, in order to obtain a creamy mixture.
Put a small amount at a time into a syringe by rolling and with this fill every cannolo, antiquarian then the surface with the remaining mixture.

- 150 g of smoked salmon
- 100 g of butter
- A Few Drops Lemon =
- 12 puff pastry cannoli
