Instructions
Bake the Razor Clams al dente.
1 in saucepan saute the garlic in the olive oil with the chopped parsley.
Then add the crushed tomatoes, salt, pepper and cook for 30 minutes.
Drizzle the Razor Clams with tomato sauce, then place the dough in buttered baking dish, 1 between 1 layer and the other capers, anchovies and olives pitted.
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, butter flakes and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

- 500 g of type razor clams pasta
- Salt
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Parsley
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 40 g of butter
- 1 box of peeled tomatoes
- Breadcrumbs
- Capers
- Anchovies
- Olives
