Capellini al ragù
Instructions
Cook capellini in 400 g slightly salted water.
Boil stirring with a fork, for 5-6 minutes.
Drain and season with ripe tomato sauce, a homogenized meat, 1 teaspoon of olive oil and one tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese
