Anchovies in wine
Instructions
Boil In a pan with 2 cups of water and 2 glasses of wine the carrot, celery, onion and a pinch of salt.
The first boil dip for half a minute without anchovies, remove bone and let them drain well.
Apart from preparing a sauce with olive oil extra virgin, garlic salt, oregano and cut into slices.
Possibly anchovies served warm.

- 800 g of anchovies
- 2 glasses of white wine
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 1 stalk of celery
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Oregano
- Garlic
- 1 pinch of salt
